First, the globally optimal solution for the formation shape is solved for given optimality index (such as observation quality etc.). Then based on the solution distributions of those results, a heuristic formation design formulation is derived. The resulting method is first applied to the simple and typical formation flying dynamics to evaluate the validity of the proposed method. It is also shown in this paper that this method is applicable to the formation design constrained by realistic conditions in such a mission as SCOPE, the next generation magneto-tail observation mission. 長楕円フォーメーションフライトにおける大域的最適隊形設計手法 津田 雄一 (ISAS/JAXA) 摘要 長楕円軌道上のフォーメーションフライトにおける編隊形状設計について考察する.与えられた観測 指標などの編隊最適性指標を最大化する大域的最適解を求め,その解分布に基づいてヒューリスティ ックな最適編隊形状設計手法を導出する.本稿では,まずよく知られた簡単な編隊形状で本手法の有 効性を示した上で,次期磁気圏観測ミッションSCOPE で計画されているような現実的かつ複雑な制 約条件を有する問題への適用を試みる.
